Dr.Subramanian Swamy is absolutely right in issuing the following statement against the pre-planned criminal political drama of the 'virtual coup d'etat" enacted by the Sonia Congress members of the Public Accounts Committee by politically roping in one SP and one BSP MP to muster support for the filthy lucre cause of unchecked, unabashed and unchallenged gargantuan Sonia Congress—DMK corruption. The Congress, DMK, BSP and SP Members of the Public Accounts Committee (nay Public Atrocities Committee to boot!) seem to have sold their souls for filthy lucre. I invite the attention of my readers to the following news item relating to Dr.Subramanian Swamy’s statement in the DNA Newspaper.

Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy today described as a shameful day for Indian democracy, the 'virtual coup d'etat"carried out by Congress and DMK in the Public Accounts Commitee on the 2G spectrum issue.
He said the election of Saifuddin Soz as PAC "chairman" was a "blatant violation" of parliamentary procedure and urged the president to dissolve Parliament and hold fresh elections.
"The virtual coup d'etat carried out by Congress with DMK in tow is a shameful day for India's parliamentary democracy," Swamy said.
The election of Soz as 'chairman' of PAC is a blatant violation of parliamentary procedures for chairman of the PAC,' he said in a statement here after 11 of the 21 PAC members had rejected the draft report.
"It is clear that corrupt elements dominate the present Parliament and hence it is not going to be possible to remove corruption through the present dispensation in the Lok Sabha.
Swamy said the president should summon the prime minister and ask for his resignation, dissolve Parliament and hold fresh elections "so that the people can elect patriotic and clean persons to the new Lok Sabha.
The draft report of PAC was based on documents from PMO, ministries of finance and telecom which are themselves sufficient to indict the UPA government in the 2G scam, Swamy, who had been waging a legal battle in this case, said.

COMMITTEE NOT PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE (PAC) covered themselves with everlasting disgrace by flagrant Sonia-controlled, Sonia-guided and Sonia-directed violation of all Parliamentary procedures, rules and regulations by electing Saifuddin Soz, a Member of the Rajya Sabha, as PAC "chairman". This Sonia-planned sabotage of the legitimate and orderly functioning of the PAC, has been followed by a ludicrous statement issued by Sonia’s ever obliging Rasputin---I mean Union Home Minister Pa Chidambaram---to the effect that the Chairperson Dr.Murli Manohar Joshi’s Draft Report is a "gross distortion of facts about his suggestions to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the telecom licence issue.”
Even a cursory perusal of the available documents will show that Union Home Minister P.Chidambaram and the Former Union Telecom Minister A.Raja are 2 sides of the same coin of the 2G Mega Scam. I have no doubt that the Supreme Court of India, now monitoring the process and progress of CBI Investigation into 2 G Mega Scam on a day to day and one dirty episode to another dirty episode basis, will take due note of the stellar role played by Union Home Minister P.Chidambaram in this foul and stinking fraud. I have no doubt whatsoever that the Supreme Court of India will take due note of the bold Statement made by Dr.Subramanian Swamy that P.Chidambaram is very much part and parcel of the 2G Spectrum Mega Fraud of A.Raja.

The list of accused in the second generation mobile telephony spectrum scam is swelling by the day and may have two more high profile names.
Janata Party president and the brain behind the case, Subramanian Swamy on Tuesday said Union home minister P Chidambaram and son-in-law of Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, Robert Vadra, too are involved in the multi-crore scam.
Also, DMK chief and Tamil Nadu chief minister’s wife and daughter, who were recently quizzed, too, may be included as accused by the CBI, he told reporters in Chennai.
Meanwhile, the CBI has refused to comment on the allegations. “There is nothing we have to say at the moment,” a senior CBI official said.
Adopting a cautious approach, even BJP decided not to react. A senior BJP leader said the party will not react at this juncture. “It can be true. But we will have to verify the veracity of the allegations,” the leader said.
“Vadra has 20% stake in Unitech, one of the telecom operators which benefited through the allocation of second generation mobile telephony spectrum by former union minister A Raja. He is the beneficiary of illegal payments generated through the spectrum scam and Commonwealth Games contracts ,” Swamy said.
“The prime minister had asked Chidambaram, then the finance minister, to sit with Raja and decide the price at which the second generation mobile telephony spectrum could be sold. The duo decided to sell spectrum at 2001 prices, causing huge loss to the government. Moreover, Chidambaram did not inform the prime minister about the decision till 2008,” Swamy said.
He said Chidambaram was informed by the then home minister Sivaraj Patil that Etisalat and Telenor, two foreign telecom players, should not be allowed to operate in India. “Etisalat had links with the Pakistani spy agency ISI and Dawood Ibrahim while Telenor had Chinese links. Chidambaram did not tell Raja about this information. Later also when he took over as the home minister, he kept the information to himself,” Swamy said.
The Janata Party president said he would approach the prime minister seeking permission to include Chidambaram as an accused in the second generation mobile telephony spectrum case after the Tamil Nadu assembly election. “It will be better for Chidambaram to resign by that time,” he said.’
The political goondas and goons of the Sonia Congress Party ---the Members of the Public Accounts Committee----conducted themselves in a disgraceful and reprehensible manner at the meeting of the Public Accounts Committee on the 28th April 2011. After enacting a sham drama at this meeting, the Congress Members of this Committee enacted another vulgar drama outside by holding a cheap Press Conference where they made personal attacks amounting to character assassination of the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Dr.Murli Manohar Joshi. Having conducted themselves like street rowdies, they came out with the diabolical allegation that Dr.Murli Manohar Joshi had leaked the contents of the Draft Report to the Press.
How am I to do poetic and condign justice to this grisly gang of Sonia Congress gangsters in the Public Accounts Committee (PAC)? In this context I can do no better than to quote the immortal words of Walt Whitman (1819-1892)---HAILED AS THE POET OF AMERICAN DEMOCRACY—in the last quarter of the 19th century.
Let us hear the roaring and raging words of Walt Whitman with rapt attention, standing in salutation:

CHAIRMAN OF THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE (PAC)
Unfazed by the 'rejection' of the Draft Report on 2G scam, the PAC Chairman Murli Manohar Joshi yesterday (30th April 2011) submitted his Report to Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar on the last day of his term as Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee. It is understood that he sent the Report with a covering letter through the officials of the Lok Sabha Secretariat to the Speaker’s Office.
THE CONTROVERSIAL DRAFT REPORT THAT WAS SHARPLY CRITICAL OF THE PMO, PRIME MINISTER AND OTHERS WAS 'REJECTED' BY THE MAJORITY OF MEMBERS IN THE 21 MEMBER COMMITTEE DURING A CHAOTIC MEETING ON THURSDAY (28TH APRIL 2011). WHEN CONGRESS AND DMK MEMBERS BEHAVED IN A DISGRACEFUL AND BARBAROUS MANNER DURING THE PAC MEETING ON 28TH APRIL 2011, DR.MURLI MANOHAR JOSHI HAD NO OTHER CIVILIZED OPTION THAN TO ADJOURN THE MEETING.
HOWEVER, IN THEIR CAPACITY AS SONIA NOMINATED FIELD MARSHALLS OF THE ARMY FOR THE DEFENCE OF THE FORTRESS OF THE MEGA-CORRUPTION OF SONIA GANDHI/KARUNANIDHI/CHIDAMBARAM/ A.RAJA, THE CONGRESS AND DMK MEMBERS OF THE PAC HAVE SHAMELESSLY SPREAD A CANARD TO THE EFFECT THAT DR.MURLI MANOHAR JOSHI WALKED OUT OF THE PAC MEETING ON 28TH APRIL 2011. THE WHOLE OF INDIA---AND INDEED THE WHOLE WORLD THANKS TO THE OVERWHELMING PRESENCE OF THE GLOBAL INTERNET AND NOT THE BRIBED AND PAID INDIAN PRESS UNDER THE STRANGLEHOLD OF SONIA GANDHI---THAT ALL THE MEMBERS OF THE CONGRESS AND THE DMK IN THE PAC ARE DOWNRIGHT LIARS.
Dr.Murli Manohar Joshi has served the larger cause of safeguarding transparent Parliamentary Democracy in a manly and courageous manner by submitting his Report to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha yesterday, 30th April 2011. He is an outstanding leader and I would like to pay my tribute to this great son of India in the words of the great English poet John Milton (1608-1674):

His loyalty he kept, his love, his zeal.
Nor number, nor example with him wrought

MEIRA KUMAR SPEAKER OF THE LOK SABHA
Dr.Murli Manohar Joshi has already submitted his Report to Meira Kumar the Speaker of the Lok Sabha yesterday, the 30th April 2011. The ball is now in her Court. As a Speaker, she is expected to function in a completely non-partisan manner.
Dr.Subramanian Swamy is a Life Member of the Indian Parliamentary Group of the INTER-PARLIAMENTARY UNION which has it’s Headquarters in Geneva. Meira Kumar, the SPEAKER of the LOK SABHA, is reported to be the Chairman of the Indian Parliamentary Group of the INTER-PARLIAMENTARY UNION. Dr.Swamy has sent a letter to Meira Kumar yesterday requesting her to give him a hearing before she takes a final decision on the Draft Report of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) submitted by Dr.Murli Manohar Joshi to her yesterday.

Dr.Murli Manohar Joshi has been re-appointed as Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the Lok Sabha for one more year from 1st May 2011 by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha Meira Kumar. Thus the disgraceful school boyish attempts of the Sonia Congress, DMK, BSP and SP members of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to remove Dr.Murli manohar Joshi from the Office of the Chairman of the PAC have at last kissed the dust. They have failed miserably in their shameful attempts to conceal from public view the massive share of Firangi Memsahib Sonia Gandhi, Union Minister Chidambaram, former Union Telecom Mister A.Raja, Karunanidhi, Kanimozhi, Dayalu Ammal etc. in the loot of the 2G Spectrum Mega Scam.
CONCLUSION:
Let us yield to the wind of soaring idealism and wind of unsullied patriotism and broadmindedness and at least on occasions, endeavour to rise up. Let us not be like stagnant water in a cesspool. We are not heroes, but ordinary men. We must sometimes go down, but let us try to go up also and maintain an average standard of patriotism and responsible public consciousness.
